Clay roofing tile production line

The typical clay roofing tile production technology takes example as below:

Raw material preparation (main 2 kinds):

1. Three time double shafts mixing, double time high speed roll grinder, aging silo stock material, the whole material preparation is done full automatically.
2. Raw material dryer (for material moisture over 8%), Raymond grinder, double shaft mixer, the whole material preparation is full automatically.

Clay roof tile extrusion and press: adopt hydraulic multi-bucket excavator uniformly supply material, after double shafts mixer mixed, use 350 clay roof tile vacuum extruder to make the high density green clay roofing tile, by auto clay tile cutting machine cutting and convey them to WYH-100-1 full auto tile press. The clay roofing tile press is Weida patent product and the core equipment of whole clay roof tile production line, it’s equipped with auto manipulator and special die-take off device, the pressure is large and the capacity is high, realized full automatic by joint with back and forth device.

Load brick to drying car (mainly 2 kinds):

1. Clay roofing tile firing by tunnel kiln: when green tile is ready, it loads to drying car automatically by intelligent loader. According to the set program, it loads the green tile from top to down automatically. The whole process is stable, precise and reliable; solve the problems which need more manual and  clay roof tile quality couldn’t be guaranteed of tradition process.
2. Clay roofing tile firing by roller kiln: when green tile is ready, it loads to roller dryer by convey roller full automatically, it is more convenient than tunnel kiln firing technology.

Drying, glazing and sintering ((mainly 2 kinds):):

1. Clay roof tile firing by tunnel kiln: the pressed green clay roofing tile into drying kiln, it out of kiln when after drying, then reverse process of load tile: intelligent un-loader will unload the tile from drying car, and sent to kiln after glazing, and then unload from kiln car and auto packing when it finished sintering. The whole process realized full automatic.
2. Clay roof tile firing by roller kiln. The pressed green tile will enter multi-layer roller dryer by convey rollers automatically, it only need around 2~4 hours drying the moisture from 18% to 1 %,  then the drying tiles will enter roller kiln firing.
