Raw Material Preparation
Clay Material : Forklift loading the raw material → Box feeder feeding →Belt Conveyor → Ball mill milling clay to slurry → Slurry mixing → Pumping to filter press → Filter press making clay plate → Belt conveyor delivering clay plate → double shaft granulator → belt conveyor delivering clay granules→ aging
Clinker part(include waste tiles): Jaw crusher→ Hammer crusher →Roller screen→Silo→Batching→Double shaft mixer
Forming:
Main tiles: Aging room → Forklift load the raw material → Box feeder → Belt conveyor → Double shaft granulator → Belt conveyor → Forming extruder → Cutting machine → Auto tile enter machine → Auto tile press → Auto tile exit machine→ Auto load to drying car
Accessories: Aging room → Forklift load the raw material → Box feeder → Belt conveyor → Double shaft granulator → Belt conveyor → Forming extruder → Cutting machine → Semi-auto tile press → Manual load to drying car
Production process of drying and firing:
Main tile: Auto load to drying car →Nature drying → First drying kiln → Auto glazing line → Manual load kiln car → Secondly drying kiln → Tunnel kiln firing → Unloading the product → inspection and packing
Accessories: manual load to drying car →Nature drying → First drying kiln → Manual glazing machine → Basket return line → Manual load kiln car → Secondly drying kiln → Tunnel kiln firing → Unload the product → Inspection and packing
