Raw material → 15M3 Box feeder(chain type) → Ball mill → Balance mixer →Plunger pump→ Filter press Aging area → High strength double shaft mixer →Aging→ Box feeder →High strength double shaft mixer → Vacuum extruder →Cutting machine→ Load to drying car → Tunnel dryer → Tunnel kiln → splitting→ Packing →Warehousing
When produce granule type tiles:
Hamper crusher(with de-dust device) →Box feeder (belt type)→High strength double shaft mixer → Vacuum extruder →Cutting machine→ Load to drying car → Tunnel dryer → Tunnel kiln → Splitting→ Packing →Warehousing
